Buick Regal is Crowned Car of the Year for Performance, Styling, Fuel Efficiency, Price point and Cost of Ownership.

NADAguides,  the leading provider of vehicle pricing and information, today announced the 2011 Buick Regal has been awarded the NADA guides “Car of the Year.”  During Buick’s press conference Wednesday afternoon at the Los Angeles International Auto Show, Troy Snyder, Director of Product Development for NADA guides, presented John Schwegman, VP of Buick GMC Marketing, with the NADAguides Car of the Year award for 2010.

“The Buick Regal beat 10 other contenders that were up for this award based upon performance, impressive styling and design, fuel ratings, safety features and cost of ownership all at a very competitive price point; not to mention the revolutionizing effect the Buick Regal has had on the Buick brand,” said Troy Snyder, Director of Product Development for NADAguides.

GMC has announced that its all-new Terrain five-passenger crossover will arrive in showrooms in September sporting a starting price of $24,995 for the front-wheel drive model. An all-wheel drive model starts at $26,745. Both prices include a $745 destination and freight charge.
